Our products, especially game and products containing game, may contain natural elements such as hail. This is a commonly known and accepted risk when consuming game. SaucijsUniq B.V. takes no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by such natural elements.

3. Use of the Products.
The customer is responsible for the safe and responsible use of all products purchased from SaucijsUniq B.V. We accept no liability for damage or injury resulting from the improper use of our products.

4. Limitation of Liability.
SaucijsUniq B.V. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for health damage or injury resulting from consuming our products, including damage caused by natural elements such as game hail.

5. Sales through Third Parties
SaucijsUniq B.V. is not responsible for the sale of our products through other platforms or intermediaries. The guarantees and obligations in these terms and conditions apply only to products sold directly through SaucijsUniq.nl.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on SaucijsUniq.nl, including text, graphics, logos, images and software is owned by SaucijsUniq B.V. or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
SaucijsUniq B.V. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is the user's responsibility to regularly check the terms and conditions for changes.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution.
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will initially be resolved by mutual agreement. If that proves impossible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
