The idea behind Saucijs UNIQ really appeals to me; it contributes to the (sustainable) solution to a problem. Moreover, I find the bites very tasty and special. It is 'something different again'. Finally, I am super proud that the company originated from the Food Commerce and Technology course at Inholland University of Applied Sciences.

The underlying idea of Saucijs UNIQ (SU) is of course fantastic! By using the meat of wild geese (which cause nuisance in the Netherlands) SU is committed to a more sustainable world. Besides the sustainable aspect, with food it is also important that it has taste! And I can tell you (as one of the ''guinea pigs''): ''SU has managed to create a tasty, yet unique taste, in which the taste of the bread and the taste of the meat come into their own. I think the unique flavor that has been created is good, because it still allows one to experience the distinction between regular meat or sustainable goose meat.
